On the Road Labs, LLC

On the Road Labs, LLC is a lab collection service that collects blood, urine, stool, specialty kits, DNA collections, hair follicle drug test, T-spot( TB test), pickup and dropoff lab services, insurance exams and many more. We are also connected to many other labs under the MOMS(MY ONE MEDICAL SOURCE) platform. We provide on-site services at our facility location for outside lab orders and we are also provide mobile lab service. All patients must bring in their requisition lab order form or your doctor office can fax your lab order to our office at 228-206-4109.

If you are homebound, or just wanting to save time by staying home, we will come to you, or you can simply walk-in to our on site lab to have all your lab work needs met at our location.

- AMBETTER (MAGNOLIA HEALTH)

- MEDICAID MSCHIP/ MSCAN

-If you need labs drawn for your ordering physician and we are not in network with the insurance company above, there would be a $25 lab service fee to draw, process and send it to the lab.
